All product orders are individually created based on your order. Once your order is complete, your contest entry will be automatically submitted. Please note that the amount you pay is directly related to your participation in the contest and therefore you must follow certain return/refund rules during the contest period. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome! We want you to enjoy, and/or wear any of the products you ordered. This makes the process very simple. If the clothing or do not fit, please return it to the address below, and we will ship you the correct size.
Return shipping costs to the above address are the responsibility of the customer unless you have purchased Redo coverage. Please ensure that all original packaging materials are included with the product and are undamaged. Please include your original order number and a note with the package stating that you need to exchange it for the correct item. Once we receive your return, we will send you the correct item.

Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at info@North40Adventures.com, for an exchange for the same item with your order number and a photo of the defective/wrong product.
Information To Understand:
Unless the ordered item is defective, eligible items purchased during the active Sweepstakes Period are non-refundable if returned after the Sweepstakes have ended.
Please contact us about returning one or more items after the contest period ends. If you are eligible for a return, you may choose a comparable item of equal value. We are required to enforce this policy because you can win a Family Vacation by purchasing at item during the Sweepstakes Period (orders cannot be returned after the Sweepstakes ends).
