Every North 40 Adventures LLC Giveaway is… Federally registered with the contest agent (Viralsweep Giveaways) who administers each sweepstakes by all laws and regulations. We are legally obligated to conduct the contest in its entirety. We reserve the right to change information and must award the prize to a winner who is not a family member or in any way connected to North 40 Adventures LLC. How do I know that my order entry has been submitted?

Once your order process is complete, all entries are automatically sent to the contest agent (Viralsweep Giveaways). All orders placed within the Sweepstake Period are eligible to win. Don’t be left behind! Once the payment process is complete, you do not need to create an account or take any further actions. All orders, whether you place a single order or multiple orders, are associated with your name and contact information.

How will I be contacted?

We will contact you via the phone and email provided at checkout to congratulate you and set up dates for your prize. We will not contact you via social media platforms to inform you that you have won. Please be aware of fake accounts on social media pretending to be us and asking for your information or claiming that you have won.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?

Don’t worry. The remaining orders are likely currently in transit and should arrive soon.

Absolutely! Shipping your product and participating in the contest are two separate processes. Immediately after completing your order on our website, two important things will happen.
– Your entry will be automatically sent to the contest agent.
– Your order will be packed and shipped.

I didn’t receive the confirmation email:

If you made a mistake when ordering, how can I change my order?

Please contact North40Adventures as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

I ordered the wrong size/color/item. what can i do?

Please email details as soon as possible. There’s no guarantee that you can change it, but we’ll try. Contact us at North40Adventures.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 days. We will do our best to receive your item as soon as possible. Therefore, it may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturday/Sunday) to contact you regarding updates.
